For the eighth season of MARCH—La Superba: The Republic of Genova, we knew that Chef Felipe wanted it to feel like a sister season to our next, La Serenissima: The Republic of Venice, so I created a main header for each season that mirror each other. This one, La Superba, has an arch at the bottom and appears at the top of the cover.
These menus are printed on RISO MH-9450U using Metallic Gold and RISO Federal Blue inks, and are cut, scored, folded, and corner-rounded by hand. Each guest at MARCH is presented with this menu at the beginning of their meal in The Lounge.
